Spicy Fajita Beef
| 1 pound beef steak |
| 1/3 cup olive oil |
| 1/4 cup tomato sauce |
| 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar |
| 1 1/2 tsp. basil |
| 1/2 tsp. salt |
| 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper |
| 3 garlic cloves, minced |
1. slice steak
2. combine remaining ingredients in large bowl
3. add steak and let marinate at least 30 minutes
4. grill on Hot Stone
5. dip slightly in sour cream and salsa mixture
