Sliced Portabella Steaks
1. Cut Portabella Mushrooms into 1/4 inch slices.
2. Prepare Portabella Sauce by melting 2/3 stick butter with your favorite steak seasoning (about 1 Tablespoon).
3. Brush a small amount of the Portabella Sauce onto area of hot stone being used to cook mushrooms
4. Place Mushroom slices onto Hot Stone and brush top side of mushroom slice with additional Portabella Sauce.
5. Cook each side to desired doneness.
