Shrimp Scampi
| 10 -15 fresh shrimp |
| 1/2 stick butter |
| 1 shallot, minced |
| 1 scallion, minced |
| 4 garlic cloves, minced |
1. Peel and devein shrimp
2. Combine butter, shallot, scallion, and garlic into a microwave safe bowl
3. Microwave until butter is melted
4. keep mixture warm until use
5. Brush surface of Hot Stone with mixture using a basting brush
6. Cook shrimp on Hot Stone brushing with left over marinade often.
