Herb Lamb Chops
| 4 lamb chops |
| 1 tbsp. parsley |
| 1 tsp. basil |
| 1 tsp. rosemary |
| 2 garlic cloves |
| 1 tsp. thyme |
| 1 tsp. oregano |
| 6 coriander seeds, crushed |
| 1/2 tbsp. tarragon |
| 1 bay leaf crushed |
| 1/2 tsp. salt |
| 1 tbsp. lemon juice |
1. combine all ingredients except lamb
2. coat both sides of lamb chops with mixture
3. cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
4. grill on Hot Stone to desired doneness
5. after grilling dip into creamy mint sauce
