Buffalo Chicken
| 1/2 lb. chicken, chunked or sliced |
| 1/2 stick butter |
| 2 - 3 Tbsp. Hot Sauce (dependent on taste) |
1. heat butter and hot sauce in microwave safe bowl until completely melted
2. mix thoroughly
3. let cool (luke warm)
4. add chicken and let marinate for at least 30 minutes
5. grill on hot stone brushing with left over marinate often
6. dip in blue cheese
