Beef Teriyaki
| 1/2 lb. beef, cubed |
| 1/2 Cup Teriyaki Sauce |
| 1 teaspoon fresh ground ginger root |
| 1 scallion minced |
1. Combine all ingredients except beef into a microwave safe bowl
2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes
3. let cool
4. add beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes
5. grill on Hot Stone to desired doneness
