Beef Sate
| 3/4 pound Steak Tenderloin |
| 1/2 cup Soy Sauce |
| 1 Tablespoon Honey |
| 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes |
| 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seed, ground |
| 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric, ground |
1. Cut beef into very thin 3 inch strips
2. In bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, cumin, and turmeric
3. Marinate beef in sauce for at least 15 minutes at room temperature
4. Cook on Hot Stone™
